Cancellation policy is specified on your confirmation.
Please note that in case of late cancellation or No Show,
one night will be charged on your credit card.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please send a

What about credit card security? Is it safe to
send it over the net via your reservation form?
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal
information including your credit card number, name and
address, so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
The encryption process takes the characters you enter
and converts them into bits of code that are securely
transmitted over the Internet.
If you still prefer not to send your credit card number
over the internet, you can call us or fax us the information.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in is generally from 12 noon onwards. For early
check-in you will have to ask the hotel receptionist upon
arrival. If you arrive early in the morning and your room
is not ready you can leave your luggage at the reception
area of the hotel and return in the afternoon. Please
notify us if you need late check-in (after 7. 00pm).
Room types: what are single, double, twin, triple
and quadruple rooms?
Single rooms have one single bed and thus accommodate
one person.
A double has one large bed (usually a queen size), big
enough for two or for one person who likes a lot of room.
A twin room includes two single beds.
Triple and quadruple rooms accommodate three and four
people respectively. A triple is composed of either a
large bed and one single or three single beds while quadruple
rooms can have either two large beds or one large bed
with two single beds. If your child needs his/her own
bed, you will be charged for an extra bed (prices vary
depending on the hotel). All rooms have private bathroom
and toilet unless otherwise stated.
We are travelling with our children.
There is usually no extra charge for children who are
less than three years of age (infants) and they can be
accommodated in the same room as their parents. Italian
hotel insurance regulations mean that any child who is
over three years of age must have his/her own bed. If
your child needs his/her own bed, you will be charged
for an extra bed (prices vary depending on the hotel).
In some seasons, hotels will provide an extra bed free
of charge - this is most frequent with three and four-star
hotels.
We are travelling with pets.
If you are traveling with pets let us know so that we
can suggest appropriate options, because there are indeed
hotels that accept pets.
Are non-smoking rooms available?
Non-smoking rooms are not very common in Italian hotels
but we can always check for you. More and more hotels
are now setting aside rooms for non-smokers.
