12% deposit of the entire stay also we will hold your credit card information as a guaranty.
You will pay the rest of your permanence at Residenza San Pantaleo at your arrival
by cash or traveller's cheques preferably.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation please inform us at least 15 days in advance to give
us the time to reorganize our booking. If you don't give us notice of your cancellation
via email or fax at least 15 days in advance, or you don't show at all at Residenza San Pantaleo
by reading and accepting these "cancellation policies" you
agree to give us the right to charge your credit card of one night amount.
